Horsepower Research and Development was founded on the principals of performance, and what better way to prove those principals than to get out there and go racing. In addition to sponsoring a local drift team, a Spec7 SCCA/NASA car, and a variety of drag cars, we are excited about our Speed World Challenge Touring Car effort. We look forward to seeing you at the track, wherever that might be!
World Challenge Team
Don Walker: Team Owner with many years experience in road racing at all levels. Responsible for much of the design, development, and engineering of the SWCTC WRX's.
Harry Yochem: Driver, currently running a Spec7 in SCCA and NASA events, graduate of the Panoz drivers school.
Charlie Schendzielos: Driver, 2 years racing National level karts and Formula Fords, 16 Top 3 finishes out of 20 events entered in, Graduate of Bridgestone Racing Academy in Toronto, Canada, 0 DNF's due to racing incindents(accidents)
Joe Gallegos: Technician, Car Chief for Charlie Schendzielos
Josh Jiminez: Technician, Car Chief for Harry Yochem
